South American Food Gallery

This drink liked to greet me all over my pants.

Peruvian pisco. looks girly but strong

Plate of fried seafood

i know it looks like vomit in that right hand corner, but it's delicious sauce from some ceviche (sorry, fish was already eaten before i remembered to take a photo). also notice that obese, swollen bit of corn in the left

nothing beats homemade vanilla ice cream and miscellaneous desserts

fruit crepe

Bolivian empanada called saltena. samosa in a cornbread pastry.

uptown Argentine steak (and mozzarella balls)

it was about 4 inches thick

mango gelato

totally forgot their portugese names. the brazilian sweets are very african.

bottom is mango. that doughy thing is a bit like a beneigh. top is some dish that's called something starting with 'c' (and i put that on top of huevos because...it was breakfast)

plate of fried again. eggplant, potatoes, lots of churrasco meats

plate of more meat

fudge things people buy in shops as snacks

tea. nope, tea is still gross

honey roasted peanuts and almonds
